Kumud Tiwari started her journey in the field of male dominated small scale industries way back in 1989 with a tiny small scale unit to manufacture paper envelops with a basic amount of around fifty thousand in a rented one room in Indrapuri, Bhopal employing couple of workers. She could manage her family with two tiny tots with small scale industries well. She has managed different aspects of the business like fetching orders, buying materials, getting the production done, supply and get payment. The industry named Paridhi Industries grown year after year bringing name and fame from family, friends and society. She shifted to Govindpura Industrial Area. In the mean time she could give best education to both of her sons from abroad. The industry has grown from scratch to an industry which is competing with many giants in the field. The company is certified with ISO 9001-2008 certification with her hard work and dedication.
BE, FIE is having 38 years of experience in the various field of engineering. He is retired from BHEL in 2011 as GM, there after contributing in culture building of the unit for world class quality products.

Prakhar Tiwari a young and dynamic entrepreneur completed his MBA finance from LSE, London in 2004. During his Post Graduation he joined a renowned company of Europe as a cashier and worked there for 3 years. During his 3 year tenure he was promoted 6 times and before coming back to India in Jan’2006 he resigned as Manager of 3 stores of Edinburgh, Scotland (UK). Prakhar Tiwari with an intention to set up his own business initiated a shaft manufacturing unit in Govindpura Industrial Area, Bhopal which started production in jan’2007. Since than he has not looked back, his leadership quality has initiated growth of the company many folds since than.
